Preparation

(2) Pre-wedding virtual meetings (recommended for 30 days out and 7 days out can can be flexible per client needs)
Unlimited phone and email support, from time of booking
Assist in creating timeline, schedule, and floor plan if needed
Month-of coordinating support to finalize all details
Week-of coordinating support to tie up any loose ends

Wedding Day

Set up of ceremony and reception site on day of (some limitations may apply
Overall timeline maintenance and vendor management
Aide DJ in grand entrances (if needed) and reception timeline
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
Handle any surprises or hiccups that may pop up
Distribute any final payments and/or gratuities from the client to all vendors
Coordinate the collection and transport of all gifts and personal items into the designated car or wedding suite

A La Carte

Day-Before Rehearsal- $175

Rehearsal direction and coordination
Solidify processional and recessional order and flow
Ensure all last-minute tasks are handled/being taken care of with all vendors
Included with Diamond Package

Venue Walk-Through - $125

Tour the venue with on-site coordinator/contact to go over all wedding detail including vendor placements, table and furniture arrangements, etc.
